This list is derived from The Four Big Risks. These concepts are covered in detail in Inspired. I’ve adapted them slightly to better fit an enterprise IT context.

Value risk

Whether partners will adopt it and users will choose to use it

Usability risk

Whether users can figure out how to use it

Feasibility risk

Whether our engineers can build what we need with the time, skills, and technology we have

Business viability risk

Whether this solution will integrate into our existing service portfolio, organizational capabilities, and budget to meet this need
